Residential and Commercial Services
IonGrass provides residential and commercial costumers with a comprehensive lawn and grounds maintenance services from all year around to a month-by-month program. Our weekly or every other week lawn mowing service and landscape maintenance program offer you the opportunity to hire us from a simple fertilizing program to a full landscape care. We don’t design the program for you; you build your own program that accommodates to your demands to protect your investment (property).
IonGrass LLC residential and commercial services consist of:
Mowing and Maintenance (Basic)*
• Usual lawn mowing to maintain a healthy lawn.
• Consistent lawn edging.
• Blowing of driveway, sidewalks and patios.
Raking and Blowing*
• Raking all flower and bark-dust beds once a month.
• Maintain malicious weeds out of landscape beds.
• Collection of leaves during winter season.
Fertilizer and weed control
• Maintain your lawn with the adequate season fertilizer to conserve its finest look.
• Lime and moss control are apply during winter to preserve a healthy grass.
• Broadleaf and weed control is apply as necessary to your lawn and landscape beds.
Pruning and Trimming
• Seasonal pruning to shrubs and trees (natural pruning) to improve their health and structure.
